Dog Collar Locator Bell Set for Hunting Dogs – #4 and #6 Solid Brass Bells

Designed for hunters who rely on their dogs in the field, our Dog Collar Locator Bell Set helps you keep track of your dog’s movement through thick cover, brush, and wooded terrain. The set includes two solid brass locator bells — a #4 bell and a larger #6 bell — producing clear, distinct tones that carry well across the woods.

The two different bell sizes create separate sound pitches, making it easier to hear your dog’s position while they move, work scent, or range ahead during a hunt.

Each bell is attached to a durable leather loop that slips easily over most dog collars. The loop is securely fastened with heavy-duty staples, creating a strong, dependable connection built to handle the rugged conditions hunting dogs face in the field.

Simple, reliable, and built with traditional materials, this locator bell set helps hunters keep track of their dogs without electronics or batteries — just the dependable sound of solid brass bells.

Features:
Two solid brass locator bells included (#4 and #6), designed for hunting dogs working in woods and heavy cover, two-tone sound helps locate your dog more easily, durable leather loop fits most collars, loop secured with heavy-duty staples for strength, handcrafted and built for rugged outdoor use.

    Why they are wort it

Posted by Hugh on 14th Jan 2016

My grandfather was a harness maker 100 years ago, so we have a collection of his equipment and products. He would have been proud to use New England Bells, a heavyweight product, made sturdily, and with great tone. They aren't the cheapest, but the best never is. We have #4 and #6 bells for different tones on our two dalmatians, which makes keeping track of them on walks a bit of fun.

    Great low-tech locator

I do have a high tech GPS system on my Walker Coonhound's collar but I also find these low tech bells are the best for finding her in nearby brush/bushes. She does manage to lose it from time to time so get extras.
